a short story about debuggin and almost impossible malware,
"I then did a 10-minute capture. There were a few more packets, all again innocuous. It’s what we had expected, of course. Dave mumbled something and walked to the kitchen.
Then I had a thought. I felt chills down my arm while I frantically searched the papers on my desk, looking for the printout. Then I found it, the list of infected programs. My eyes zipped down the list, cursing myself for not sorting it. Then my stomach squeezed tight as I found it, half-way down the second page: Wireshark.
Patrick guessed what I was looking for and saw the reaction on my face when I had found it.
“I guess we can’t trust it,” he said."
